Pale golden yellow with light greenish glints, bright and limpid. A whirlwind of freshly scented flowers on the nose, leading to a summer fruit platter of peach, pear and melon. Lively and elegant in the mouth, moving from flowers to fruit with a long finish that leaves you looking forward to the next glass. Vines are 30 to 40 years old on south to south east facing Kimmeridgian limestone, aged in temperature controlled tanks rather than oak, built to drink at three to four years and beyond depending on the vintage.
